World Monitor provides real-time global intelligence: interactive maps with multiple data layers, aggregated news and insights, world briefs, and related content. The service is offered "as is" for informational use.
You may use the service for lawful, personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:
The service and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. You rely on the service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any content.
Paid features in the World Monitor iOS app are processed by Apple. Payment terms, refunds, and cancellation are governed by Apple's terms. We do not store your payment information.
World Monitor's name, branding, and the design of the service are our property or our licensors'. The underlying software may be subject to open-source licenses (e.g. AGPL) as indicated in the project. You may not use our trademarks without permission.
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes we may provide notice where feasible.
